1. Acceptance

By creating an account on stockorbitcap.site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is operated by Stockorbitcap MARKETS S.A. DE C.V., a company registered in El Salvador and authorized as a Digital Asset Service Provider.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Complete identity verification (KYC) before accessing deposit, withdrawal, or trading features.
  • Not be a resident of, or accessing the service from, a jurisdiction where the service is prohibited or unlicensed.
  • Not be a person on any sanctions list maintained by the UN, EU, US OFAC, or El Salvador's UIF.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading digital assets and Bitcoin-denominated positions in global markets carries substantial risk. You can lose some or all of your principal.

  • Price risk: The value of Bitcoin and the underlying assets we trade is volatile. Positions can move against you rapidly.
  • Liquidity risk: Some assets and times of day may have reduced liquidity, which can affect execution quality.
  • Counterparty risk: Your funds are exposed to our operational solvency. We segregate operating funds from user funds, but you bear the risk of our failure.
  • Custody risk: We hold assets in on-chain and off-chain configurations. While we apply industry-standard controls, no custody is risk-free.
  • Regulatory risk: The regulatory environment for digital assets is evolving. Changes in law could affect service availability, your access, or the value of your positions.
  • Technology risk: Software bugs, network outages, and third-party service failures can affect the platform. We do not guarantee uptime.

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for consulting appropriate professionals in your jurisdiction.

4. No Investment Advice

Stockorbitcap does not provide investment advice. All information on the site — including market commentary, performance figures, and vault descriptions — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including password and two-factor authentication where enabled. Notify us immediately at our contact page if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

6. Fees

Fees are disclosed on the relevant deposit, withdrawal, and trading screens before you confirm a transaction. By confirming, you authorize the disclosed fee. We do not retroactively change disclosed fees on a completed transaction.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or are required to do so by law or regulator. We will provide notice where legally permitted and proportionate.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador. Any dispute will be resolved first by good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, by binding arbitration in San Salvador under the rules of the Centro de Mediación y Arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio e Industria de El Salvador.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and an in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
